1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of Glow Spin Drawing Launcher (the "App") provided by Abi Musa Al-As'ari ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

The App provides launcher, home-screen customization, drawing, spinning visual effects, wallpapers, shortcuts, and related features. Features may differ by App version, device, Android version, permissions, region, network availability, and third-party services.

3. Launcher Features

If you choose the App as your device’s default home app, it may affect how your home screen, app drawer, widgets, icons, shortcuts, wallpapers, and preferences are displayed. It does not remove installed applications or personal files. You are responsible for reviewing your Android settings and may change the default home app at any time.

4. License

Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes;
• copy, distribute, modify, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where applicable law permits it;
• interfere with the App’s security, integrity, availability, advertising controls, analytics, diagnostics, or normal operation;
• use the App to infringe another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights; or
• misrepresent the App, the developer, or any relationship with us.

6. User and Visual Content

You are responsible for any images or other content you import, create, save, share, or apply using the App. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. App-provided wallpapers, previews, effects, and other visual assets are for personal use unless we state otherwise; you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit them without permission from the relevant rights holder.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App may include or link to third-party services, websites, advertising, analytics, attribution, content delivery, crash reporting, or app-distribution services. They have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, offers, or practices. An advertisement or link does not constitute our endorsement.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every location.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abi Musa Al-As'ari disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abi Musa Al-As'ari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, business value, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful manner. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or selecting a different default home app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after revised Terms take effect means you agree to them.
