Launcher notice. Glow Spin Drawing Launcher is an Android launcher and visual-customization app. If you choose it as your default home app, it can change how your home screen, app drawer, icons, shortcuts, and visual settings are displayed. It does not delete your installed apps or personal files. You can change your default home app in Android settings at any time.

1. Introduction

Abi Musa Al-As'ari ("we," "us," or "our") provides Glow Spin Drawing Launcher (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be accessed, collected, used, stored, or shared when you download or use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the App version, the features you use, your device settings, and permissions you grant, the App may process:

  • Launcher information, including installed app names, icons, package identifiers, and launch preferences, to display, search, organize, and open apps;
  • App and drawing preferences, including home-screen layout, themes, visual effects, wallpaper selections, shortcut arrangements, and other settings you choose;
  • Device and technical information, such as device model, operating-system version, App version, language, screen characteristics, network state, IP-derived general region, diagnostics, and crash logs;
  • Usage information, such as feature interactions, screens viewed, performance events, and, where present, advertising interactions; and
  • Support communications that you voluntarily send to us, including your email address and message content.

We do not intentionally collect the contents of your contacts, messages, photos, or personal files unless a clearly disclosed feature requests access and you grant the related permission.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve the App; display and organize apps and shortcuts; save preferences; provide drawing, visual, or wallpaper features; maintain security; diagnose crashes; measure performance; respond to support requests; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and, where enabled, deliver, measure, or limit advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising or measurement providers, if included in your App version, may process identifiers and technical or usage information under their own privacy policies and your applicable device or platform controls.

4. Permissions and Device Access

The App may request only the device access needed for available features. Internet access may be used for online content, updates, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or support. Storage or photo access, if requested, may be used to save or import images, cache content, or manage downloads. Launcher and wallpaper-related access may be used to provide home-screen and visual-customization features. You can review or change most permissions through Android settings.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party providers for app distribution, advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, content delivery, or infrastructure. If used, these providers may receive limited device, identifier, network, usage, or diagnostic information needed to perform their services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The App may also link to third-party websites or content. When you interact with third-party services, their privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices.

6. Retention and Security

Settings and similar App data are generally stored on your device until you change them, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to their policies. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Data Requests

You can manage App permissions, choose a different default home app, modify preferences, and manage available advertising controls through the App, Android, Google, or other device settings. You can remove locally stored App settings by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.

For privacy questions or requests concerning information we control, contact us at [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify and process your request.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and change the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after an updated Policy takes effect is subject to that Policy.
